The Harborough Innovation Centre offers 52 office suites ranging in size from 157 sq ft to 1065 sq ft.
Private meeting areas – from small rooms ideal for private video calls to larger conference facilities – can be booked in advance.
Tenants have priority access to frequent business events and integrated support workshops. The HIC community is a hub of collaborative emerging businesses who support each other, creating networking opportunities to help grow your business.
Flexible, low-risk tenancy agreements, with easy monthly payments which can be cancelled at just one month’s notice, provide financial confidence to fledgling businesses.
An experienced dedicated business adviser on-site provides invaluable service by offering advice and guiding businesses to the right resources, saving new businesses from making common or costly mistakes in their early days of initiation.
These features are not available as part of a regular commercial lease and demonstrate an astute investment for tenants at the Harborough Innovation Centre. Our Centre Manager and Business Adviser strive to help each business with their individual workspace requirements and once an application for tenancy has been successful, you could be in your new office space as quickly as within 2-4 weeks.
If you prefer to work from home but want to access the benefits of the business support services provided, virtual office space at the HIC could be the ideal choice for you. Providing an optional local business telephone number and enjoying a very low monthly tariff, this is a hugely popular choice for entrepreneurs who are not yet ready to take on office space. There are two virtual workspace options; Virtual and Virtual plus.
